The decision of the Syrian Arab Republic to recognize and establish diplomatic relations with Georgia"s occupied territories is strongly condemned by Ukraine. The statement released by the country"s foreign ministry says that this decision of the Syrian authorities is another violation of the norms and principles of international law and clearly shows that Assad"s regime is willing to have the Kremlin"s approval.
