Sergi Kapanadze, the Deputy Chairman of the Parliament, member of the Faction "European Georgia - Movement for Freedom" offers the government t approve a person, nominated by them as the Chief Prosecutor of Georgia.

Sergi Kapanadze states that "European Georgia" calls on the ruling team to share the offer.
"We believe that this person should become the chief prosecutor. The procedures are important, but the result is the main thing and we are ready to be involved in discussions of the procedure. However it should not be delayed," Sergi Kapanadze said.

"European Georgia" named Shalva Shavgulidze as the Chief Prosecutor, after which Shavgulidze agreed on their initiative and expressed readiness to become the Chief Prosecutor.

According to " Courier" Georgian Dream considers Natia Mezvrishvili"s candidacy for the post of Chief Prosecutor.
