According to them, the Georgian government should work together with the opposition and the international community on the political level to ensure that the sanctions are effective.

Paata Zakareishvili, the Former State Minister made a statement regarding the list.

"If it is confirmed that even one person from this list is dead, this will be a very big disadvantage for those, who composed this list, "Paata Zakareishvili said.

According to experts, in addition to the persons who committed the offence, the list should include de facto authorities and members of the Russian Duma as well.
