The defense and the accusation make comments after the trial in regard to the murder in the Khada Gorge. According to the prosecutor Malkhaz Kobauri is the only person whose guilt is evident in this case as a result of an investigation is Malkhaz Kobauri. However Davit Kazarashvili does not rule out that there can be more culprits.

"According to the case material , Malkhaz Kobauri has committed this crime. The investigation is underway,"- said Davit Kazashvili.

A defense side does not agree with the court"s decision on the preliminary detention and plans to appeal it.
