Consultations have just ended with the President of Georgia on the candidacy of Tornike Rizhvadze, named by Georgian Dream as a head of the Adjara government.
According to the press service of the Supreme Council of Adjara, Giorgi Margvelashvili has met witha Chairman of Supreme Council of Adjara Davit Gabaidze, a majority of the legislative body, members of UNM and Independent MPs individually, in a closed format.
According to Davit Gabaidze, majority representatives have introduced their opinions and arguments to the president.
According to his explanation, the President of Georgia has a two-week term granted by the law to present the candidate.
