The decision of the Constitutional Court regarding the legalization of marijuana consumption was followed by the protest of the ruling party. The Georgian Dream says that the Constitutional Court has made a dangerous decision. The ruling team"s MPs expect the number of marijuana consumers to increase in the near future.

According to them, the legislative vacuum was established in the country with the decision of the court, which they will try to regulate in the nearest future.

"Practically the legislative vacuum was created and practically became legal. It is still legally banned, but we do not have the mechanism of enforcement, "- said Akaki Zoidze.

The opposition say that the decision of the Constitutional Court is the first victory of the society in "Ivanishvili"s repressive regime."
