Revaz Arveladze, the member of the faction "Georgian Dream", supports the ruling party in the presidential election to nominate her candidate.

According to Revaz Arveladze, "Georgian Dream" should have its own candidate. The MP says that if the ruling party supports an independent candidate in the presidential election, they should not assist him financially.

It is not clear how the "Georgian Dream" will take part in the presidential elections. However, the ruling party members openly state that if Salome Zurabichvili takes part in the presidential election as an independent candidate she will win in the first round.
