Irakli Kobakhidze, the Chairman of the Parliament of Georgia responds to impairment of the rate of GEL.

Irakli Kobakhidze linked impairment of the Lari course to external factors and states that the government has a plan to maintain the stability of the Lari.

"We have, of course, a permanent consultation with the government, with the executive government. They have an appropriate plan to ensure stability and I"m sure this goal will be achieved. There are many factors on the international level that create certain negative trends, but we are sure that stability will be ensured by our correct policy and we hope that international trends will be favourable for us, "said Irakli Kobakhidze.
