The Ministry of Justice of Georgia has filed a new inter-state complaint against Russia in the Strasbourg Court .

According to the Deputy Minister of Justice Georgia demands to establish Russia responsible for the continuing occupation and violation of citizens" rights.

"Our demand is to establish Russia"s responsibility. Georgia demands the European Court to establish Russia"s responsibility for continuous occupation, erection of barbed wire fences and targeted campaign against the population of Georgia," says Gocha Avaliani, Deputy Minister of Justice.
