Two important agreements have been signed between Germany and Georgia

Germany and Georgia signed a number of important economic agreements, with a total volume of over 100 million euros.

The Business meetings were held in the frameworks of Angela Merkel"s visit to Georgia. The economic part of Germany"s Chancellor"s visit is coming to an end.

The Ministry of Economy and Finance has already signed two agreements with the German Development Bank. One contract envisages a construction of an underground gas storage.

The second project, for which the German side will allocate 40 million as a loan envisages improvement of the water supply system in Adjara region.
