The first explanation of "Cartu Bank" regarding one- million- loan for Salome Zurabishvili - the Commercial Director says that the bank has acted on the regulations set by the law, while clarifying that the bank has limited regulations for issuing loan to individuals. Bidzina Ivanishvili"s "Cartu Bank" is convinced that Salome Zourabichvili will return 1 million.

"She satisfied all major parameters, politics has nothing to do with it but this is not a typical consumer loan," said Cartu Bank Commercial Director Zurab Gogua.
