It is not clear whether Mamuka Bakhtadze"s condition will be fulfilled by Giorgi Margvelashvili and whether the President of Georgia would personally addresses the Prime Minister with a letter asking to convene the Government session. The president"s administration is still waiting for official justification from the government why they did not convene a special session, when the president requested. The parliamentary secretary says Giorgi Margvelashvili"s public statement should be enough to make this decision.
"The appeal was sent by us and the whole Georgia has heard and seen that we have received a disgraceful response from the government that this should be written on the official letterhead." There is no relevant reference in any legislative act but they want to create a new order bypassing the law, to which all will be subordinate, "says Anna Natsvlishvili.
