Mamuka Mdinaradze confirms that he has called Gedevan Popkhadze and asked him not to comment on the list of life-long judges , which will be submitted to the Supreme Court.

Mdinaradze had to make explanations after Gedevan Popkhadze"s statement. According to Popkhadze, when the Supreme Council of Justice was making the decision on judges, Archil Talakvadze and Mamuka Mdinaradze called and asked to refrain from comments.

Mamuka Mdinaradze explains the reason for the request."Yes, such fact really took a place and it happens very often that I call members of the fraction. I don"t give them orders. We just agree in order to make joint statements in front of media, journalists and society,"- said Mamuka Mdinaradze.
