NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg says that if the Russian Federation does not return to the agreement on liquidation of medium and close range missiles, the North Atlantic Alliance will react.
The NATO Secretary General spoke about it in an interview with the German news agency.
"It"s important that Russia has the last chance now , if Russia does not return to the terms of the agreement, we will have big problems," Stoltenberg said.
