A young man has been wounded at Pekin Avenue in the center of Tbilisi.
According to the current information, the incident happened at dawn today.As Rustavi2 was informed in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the investigation is under way under Article 19-109 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which implies an attempted murder in aggravating circumstances.
