"Serious Problem which requires caution,"- Kobakhidze comments on the Patriarch"s Christmas epistle

A Chairman of the parliament speaks about the main accents of the Christmas Epistle of the Patriarch of Georgia Ilia II.

Irakli Kobakhidze draws attention to the part where the patriarch speaks about freedom of speech. In the Christmas letter, Ilia II notes that under the name of freedom of speech, people are often abused and do not avoid to humiliate or insult other people.

Irakli Kobakhidze says that important steps should be taken in this regard.
