We have decided to ban manipulations with the K2 coefficient at legal level" - the Mayor of Tbilisi made a statement at the special briefing earlier today.

According to Kakha Kaladze this decision is just a beginning and gradually will be implemented in the legislative framework that will ensure proper development of the capital city.
" Increase of coefficients and sale of K2 coefficients will be suspended. This practice will end once and for all, "Kaladze said.
