Davit Jandieri, a lawyer and specialist of international law, responds to the transfer of Giorgi Mamaladze from Gudushauri clinic to prison hospital.
Jandieri said that the initiator of the transfer of Father Giorgi Mamaladze to prison hospital was a penitentiary institution and the doctors of Gudushauri clinic were not aware of the case.
Jandieri says that he was told about it by Father Giorgi Mamaladze, which was not denied by his personal doctor.

When the archbishop said it, his doctor was there and he did not deny it. He confirmed that the initiative came not from doctors, but the initiative came from the penitentiary establishment. Dean Giorgi Mamaladze was transferred from Gudushauri Hospital to Gldani Prison Hospital. Giorgi Mamaladze was transferred to Gudushauri Clinic due to health deterioration and diagnosed with a stroke on February 15.
