TBC Bank Scandalous Case - President of National Bank Will not Go to Parliament, Opposition Speaks about Violation of Law

The most noisy TBC Bank case - the president of the National Bank escaped questions. Koba Gvenetadze will not attend the committee hearings at the parliament.
The opposition is convinced that the president of the National Bank avoids serious questions that are related to dismissing of Mamuka Khazaradze and Badri Japaridze from TBC bank.
"If this statement is in force and the President of the National Bank does not come into the Parliament, it means that he is disrespectful of the institution and on the other hand the law is violated. He has no right not to come This is not his discretion, he has a duty to come to the parliament when summoned, "said Sergi Kapanadze, member of" European Georgia.
Whether there was political pressure from Bidzina Ivanishvili and why the National Bank puts under threat the country"s banking system by imposing sanctions against TBC- these are the questions that the MPs want to get answers from president of the National Bank. However, who is behind the current pressure, Mamuka Khazaradze and Badri Japaridze will talk about it in parliament. It is obvious that the committee hearing will be acute because TBC founders have repeatedly blamed the government for racketeering.
"The National Bank and its President are the captives of the government. In fact, whether or not a committee sitting will take place depends on the Georgian government. That is there is no Parliament, nor its Rules, nor the Committees in the country. Whether or not the President of the National Bank will attend, this session should not be cancelled. This is an attempt to hinder the issues related to TBC Bank and Anakliport , "said the member of the UNM Roman Gotsiridze.
The parliamentary majority makes its focus on the independence of the Nationther al Bank. The ruling team also said that the National Bank and TBC management have solved problems.
