The head of International Advisory Board of the Ukrainian President arrived in the anti-terrorist operation zone. Saakashvili visited the Donetsk and Lugansk regions . East-Ukrainian tour, he kramatorsk in lesichansk in artiomovskasa and Severo donetsk, the Ukrainian army units stationed in the leading positions of the disaster.

As an honorary guest Saakashvili attended specially arranged training of the riot police organized by the Interior Ministry in the Donetsk region and handed honorary diplomas to the students.
