We are moving to the stage of the spread of the epidemic. Such a statement made today the Prime Minister of Georgia.

According to Giorgi Gakharia, at present the health system is in good shape and is able adequately respond to challenges.

“We have good news that the first recovered person left the hospital. We have to thank our medical staff, but this does not allow us to calm down.

It is of fundamental importance that we are moving to the stage of the spread of the epidemic. This transition is crucial. We have to be ready. This primarily applies to the health care system. The readiness of the health care system means that it must be fully prepared to serve an increasing number of patients. The relevant instructions have been issued today. The health care system is in very good shape today to withstand challenges and to respond to them adequately”, - said the Head of the Government.
