Officers of the General Inspection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs along with the Prosecutor’s Office of Kvemo Kartli Region detained district inspector-investigator of Algeti Police Unit and assistant to the detective of the same structural sub-division on the fact of the abuse of official powers.

Regarding the mentioned, investigation is in progress on the fact of the abuse of power, crime envisaged under the article 332 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
