Police detained residents of Kapanakhchi village, Marneuli municipality: N.M. (DoB 1991) I.G. (DoB 1997) P.N. (DoB 1988) and A.Kh. (DoB 1999) for illegal restriction of freedom committed in group. Committed crime envisages from 7 to 10 years of imprisonment.

Investigation established that on July 15, resident of Keshalo village- I.M. (DoB 1996) was subject to illegal restriction of freedom on the basis of the vengeance. In particular, he was forcibly placed in the vehicle and taken to one of the houses located in Kapanakhchi village, Marneuli municipality, where he was physically abused. After the mentioned, he was taken to the central square of the village, where he was repeatedly abused physically.

Investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal restriction of freedom committed in group, crime envisaged under the article 143, III part, sub-paragraph “A” of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
