Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Georgia is on a working visit to the People’s Republic of China

Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Georgia, Gaga Kirkitadze, is undertaking a working visit to the People’s Republic of China with a delegation.

As part of the visit, the Deputy Minister participated in the Global Public Security Cooperation Forum (GPSCFL), which is being held in the city of Lianyungang.

The forum, which was established in 2022, addresses issues of ensuring global security and is attended by heads of law enforcement agencies of various countries, as well as leaders of international organizations.

The Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Georgia also participated in sub-forums, within the framework of which the issues under discussion included international cooperation in the field of drug control, as well as cooperation in the field of police education.

Along with the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Georgia in the People’s Republic of China, the delegation comprises heads of relevant departments of the Ministry.
