Police detained G.Z.(DoB 1991) on the fact of premeditated murder and B.B (DoB: 1988) for non-reporting especially grave crime. The crime committed envisages 15 years of imprisonment.

The investigation established that the accused G.Z, who was a guest of one of the families in Chechelashvili Street, Tbilisi, on the basis of conflict inflicted bodily injuries with a cold steel to G.S. (DoB: 1993) and fled from the crime scene. The crime scene was also attended by B.B., who failed to inform the law enforcers about the incident.

The injured was transferred to a medical facility by an ambulance team. As a result of the wounds inflicted, G.S. died in the hospital.

Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder and failure to report the crime; the crime envisaged by the Article 108 and part III of the Article 376 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.

Investigation is underway with the view of identification and detention of other persons involved in the crime.
