The court of Gurjaani ordered pre-trial detention has been ordered for a 36-year-old man detained on charges of domestic conflict.

Zurab Shavliashvili is charged with domestic violence, manslaughter and intentional infliction of bodily harm.

The incident took place in Gurjaani a few days ago. Shavliashvili physically abused his wife, who was holding their 8-month-old child. The violence resulted in the death of the child.
