The Prime Minister of Georgia has offered condolences to late nurse Megi Bakradze’s family and friends.

“This is an unspeakable tragedy which everyone has taken close to their hearts and a serious blow to Georgia. Our doctors have lost the young colleague and frontline nurse fighting against the pandemic selflessly and serving her fellow-countrymen.

I offer my sincere sympathy to her family, relatives, and all health workers in the country”, - writes Irakli Garibashvili.
