A man under the age of 40 was shot in a car near the village of Chumlaki, Kakheti. Two other people in the vehicle were injured as well.

According to one of the versions, he was mistaken for another. The person was driving the car of a man whose murder was planned.

The wounded were taken to GeoHospital clinic of Gurjaani.
