Four different agencies could not have committed such crime together without Giorgi Kvirikashvili’s. such a statement made Azerbaijani journalist Afgan Mukhtarli after leaving the Prosecutor General’s Office.
“I provided the investigative agency with information about all those who participated in this special operation from the Azerbaijani side. As for the Georgian side, I can’t list specific names, I can only talk about the agencies that were involved in my abduction.
These are, for example, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Criminal Police and the Border Service. [Giorgi] Kvirikashvili knew about my abduction, without his permission four different agencies could not have committed such crime together. If [Giorgi] Kvirikashvili denies it, this means that he was not a Prime Minister at all”, - said the journalist.
