According to the Deputy Minister of Health Tamar Gabunia, the age of vaccination with AstraZeneca vaccine has been reduced to 45 years.

As she added, citizens over the age of 45 will be able to register for vaccination tomorrow.

Since the identification of the first coronavirus case in Georgia, the country has seen 324,256 confirmed infection cases, with 303,679 recoveries and 4,336 deaths. Presently, 65 persons are under quarantine, 775 are in clinical hotels, and 4,296 are hospitalized under medical supervision.
