The officers of the Patrol Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operative and investigative activities detained previously convicted N.A. (DoB 1994), for illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in especially large quantities in Tbilisi.

The committed crime envisages from 8 to 20 years or lifetime imprisonment.

The investigation established that the detainee was illegally keeping “Heroin” drug in especially large quantities. Law enforcement officers seized the drug as evidence.

The investigation is in progress on the fact of illegal purchase and keeping of drugs in especially large quantities, article 260, VI part, sub-paragraph “A” of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
