Prime Minister attends formal reception honoring participants of FITUR 2021

The Prime Minister of Georgia and the Georgian delegation visiting the Kingdom of Spain, attended the formal reception honoring the participants of the FITUR 2021 International Tourism Fair.

The Georgian delegation and the fair’s other high-ranking guests were hosted by the World Tourism Organization"s Secretary General Zurab Pololikashvili, at Teatro Real in Madrid.

The official reception’s guests were addressed by the World Tourism Organization’s Secretary General, the Mayor of Madrid, and the Minister of Industry, Trade and Tourism of the Kingdom of Spain.

“I am really happy to host the first international fair in Madrid after one and a half years since the pandemic started. This is a nice beginning, a nice restart for tourism. I am sure that together we will fight against this very difficult virus. Things are going better, and we are all optimists. We are together, and we have passed a very difficult period. Welcome to Madrid! And thank you once again for your presence”, - addressed Zurab Pololikashvili the guests.
