Courier has obtained a document on compensation for the disaster victims. The document has not been registered yet officially.

Two principles of compensation are set out in the document. In the first category are those victims, who will receive a compensation in accordance of number of damaged family members, in the second category are those individuals who will receive the average market value of the property.
