Akaki Nakashidze, Tornike Davlasheridze, Ilia Kebadze and Temur Kharauli, detained for verbally and physically assaulting the employees of TV Pirveli and Mtavari TV while on duty, were sentenced to imprisonment as a measure of restraint.

During today’s trial, the Prosecution demanded that the detainees be sentenced to a measure of detention, while the defense demanded bail of GEL 5,000, GEL 3,000 and GEL 2,000.

None of the detainees agrees with the charges.
