Memorandum on the establishment of twin-city relations signed between Tbilisi and Baku. The Head of the Executive Authority of the City of Baku Eldar Azizov and Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze signed the document.

The memorandum envisages all-encompassing cooperation in culture, art, tourism, urban planning, environmental protection, transport, information technology, energy infrastructure, waste management, youth affairs and sports, trade, business relations, etc.
