Greece voters overwhelmingly rejected the latest bailout package from European creditors in Sunday"s referendum.

According to preliminary figures from the Greek government, 61% of Greeks voted "No" to a bailout package that would enforce greater austerity measures, while 39% voted "Yes."

After the announcement of preliminary results , several thousand people gathered in the center of Athens. They welcomed the dcision of referendum to refuse to pay the debt.

The representatives of governing coalition joined the celebration on Syntagma Square.
