The Minister of Health has responded to the death of a 80-year-old man who was twice vaccinated against coronavirus. According to Ekaterine Tikaradze, the patient had life-threatening injuries caused by chronic diseases.

“A similar case has been reported. Of course, this is a sad fact. Similar cases occur in the world and such cases have been reported in Georgia as well. However, this should not be a reason to panic, since it represents 0.001% of cases. These patients chronic diseases and doctors could not save them”, - added the Minister.
