" Government should admitt the fault" - Davit Gabitashvili"s brother to appeal against the government

Davit Gabitashvili"s brother prepares to appeal to the Prosecutor"s Office. David Gabitashvili, 40-years-old died on the so called new road on June 13. His brother says that he already has all evidences which prove that after recieving information on possible disaster the government had enough time to close the road.

David Gabitashvili"s brother said that he is going to appeal against the Prime Minister too. He demands compensation for victim"s underage children.

The rule on compensations for disaster-affected individuals doesn"t consider assistance for victim"s families.
