Rehabilitation of Ilia Chavchavadze Museum has been completed. Visitors will be able to come to the writer’s house and view thousands of items from today.

After 4 years of work, all 15 halls are reopen. About 14,000 items are preserved in the museum. The editorial of the newspaper “Iveria” was located in the historic building. The viewer has the opportunity to visit the space where the writer worked.

This is the house where Ilia Chavchavadze lived with his wife Olga Guramishvili in 1888-1901.
