Out of the total number of COVID-infected pregnancies, lethality was reported in 17 cases, none of them was vaccinated

Since the outbreak of the pandemic, the total number of coronavirus cases among pregnant women was 7,338 - 8.6%, reads the report of the National Center for Disease Control.

The highest share of confirmed cases in pregnant women falls on the 35-39 age group.

As for lethality, out of the total number of coronavirus-infected pregnancies, lethality was reported in 17 cases and none of which the women were vaccinated. 1 infected pregnant woman died in 2020 and 16 - in 2021.
