The detention measure imposed on Mikheil Saakashvili in the November 7 case has been lifted. Such a statement a few minutes ago made the Prosecutor Jarji Tsiklauri.

After the decision, the former president will have the right to make phone calls.

The decision was made by the panel of judges - Lia Orkodashvili, Nino Elieshvili and Maia Kokiashvili.

The November 7 case was the only one in which the former president of Georgia was sentenced to imprisonment as a measure of restraint.
