Mtavari Arkhi will not pay the fine imposed by the Communications Commission and will appeal the decision in court. Such a statement made the GEO of the channel.

“The Regulatory Commission reviewed and imposed unprecedented amount of fines on us. It is GEL 112 000. Both formally and materially, this decision is completely wrong and is aimed solely at severely limiting the expression of our civic and editorial position. Since we are not going to pay any money, we will go to court and see if the court can stand the test”, - said Nika Gvaramia.

Yesterday, November 25, the Communications Commission has fined the Mtavari Arkhi GEL 111 903 GEL.
