The officers of Detectives Division of Adjara Police Department under the Ministry of Internal Affairs detained previously convicted J.T. (DoB 1999), as a result of operative-investigative activities for premeditated murder.

The committed crime envisions from 7 to 15 years of imprisonment.

The investigation established hat the accused person, during the conflict in Kobuleti, stabbed I.I. (DoB1990) in chest area with a cold steel and fled from the scene. The wounded person died shortly after being transferred to the hospital.

Police arrested J.C. as a result of immediate police activities. Law enforcement officers seized the weapon of the crime - a knife as evidence.

The fact of premeditated murder is being investigated under Article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
