The Training Center of the Public Safety Management Center “112” of the Ministry of Internal Affairs has been granted the right to carry out a vocational training program – “Contact Center Remote Service Specialist”.
Upon completion of the vocational training program, the students will receive a state-recognized certificate of vocational education.
The Training Center has the opportunity to offer training services for call center operators to any interested party, both from the state and private organizations.
The Training Center of the Public Safety Management Center “112” was established in 2015. The Center constantly takes care of qualification raising of “112” employees, as well as provides services in this direction to neighboring services and other organizations.
