Opposition of Sakrebulo is protesting against the renewed tariffs on transport. Verbal confrontation took place at the sitting of the Tbilisi City Council Transport Commission, where the new payment system in municipal transport is being discussed.

The confrontation started after City Council’s Georgian Dream member Revaz Sokhadze called one of the citizens present at the session “rude”.

The chairman of the transport commission answered the colleagues. According to Shalva Ogbaidze, if a person travels frequently by public transport, the fare will be cheaper for him.
