According to the Deputy Minister of Health Tamar Gabunia, out of the Omicron cases, only a single citizen needed to be hospitalized.

“None of them needed intensive therapy or resuscitation and were discharged very soon. The circulation of Omicron in the country is high.

The number of cases today was high. The rapid spread of this new strain plays a role here”, - added Tamar Gabunia.
