The prime Minister of Georgia expresses condolences over the passing of volleyball player, coach Jano Bagrationi.

“It is with profound sadness that I learned of the passing of volleyball player, coach, and sports figure Jano Bagrationi.

Mister Bagrationi has garnered more than one victory for Georgian sports as an athlete, subsequently serving for decades the cause of raising young athletes. At the same time, he was a model citizen for his friends, colleagues, and young people to emulate. In this difficult time of grief, I extend my sincere sympathy to the family and friends of Jano Bagrationi”, - says Irakli Garibashvili.
