Traffic restrictions imposed on several sections of roads in Georgia

According to the National Environmental Agency, due to intensive snowfall, traffic at Gudauri (Posta)-Kobi section of Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Larsi (border of the Russian Federation) international road is restricted for the trailers and semi-trailers.

The movement of other types of vehicles is free. Traffic will be carried out in a non-stop mode, only through avalanche protection tunnels.

The movement will be carried out under the direct supervision and coordination of the patrol police.

Traffic for trailers was also banned on the Akhalkalaki-Kartsakhi road.
