Russian President Vladimir Putin has approved Russia"s new naval doctrine.
The new edition of the doctrine, which was published on the Kremlin`s official web page, reflects Russia"s negative attitude to the plans of NATO regarding getting the alliance`s military infrastructure closer to the Russian borders.

"The plan of the alliance to get closer to the Russian borders remains unacceptable for the Russian Federation remains, " - is written in the document.
