Rustavi 2 has received four refusals to hold concerts from three cities.

Non-governmental organizations and polititions have assessed this decision of the Local self-government organizations . Some believe that a deliberate campaign against Rustavi 2 is carried out, while others believe that the government is afraid of Rustavi 2.
